Privacy
What we collect. The name and email of the buyer and of the gift recipient, the questions the buyer adds, and the answers the recipient writes.
What we use it for. Only to provide the service: sending the questions and reminders, showing the answers to the person who gave the gift, and building the book. We don't send advertising, and we don't sell or share the data.
Who we share it with. Only the providers needed to run the service: Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and database). Payment details are processed directly by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
How long we keep it. While the questions are being sent plus 12 more months, so the buyer can read and download the book. After that it's deleted, unless the buyer asks us to keep it.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hola@milibrolegado.com. The gift recipient can also ask us to stop sending questions.
Terms of service
What's included. 30 questions sent to the gift recipient's email, one at a time: the next goes out the day after they answer the previous one, or after 3 days if there's no answer; a private dashboard where the buyer can read the answers and add their own questions; and the book with the answers, on a page that can be printed or saved as a PDF.
Payment. One-time payment, no subscription. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase and issues the receipt.
Refunds. You can request a full refund, no questions asked, as long as no more than 3 questions have been sent and within 30 days of purchase. If the gift starts on a future date, usage counts from the first question. Write to hola@milibrolegado.com. Once refunded, the questions stop.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without prejudice to any rights the consumer protection laws of your country give you.
